10 medium sized good quality potatoes5 cloves of garlic1 teaspoon of dried thymeCoarse salt (to taste)Olive oil (to taste)

Preparation
- Cook the potatoes with the peel in salt water.
- Once cooked, drain and give them a slight "punch" with the hand.
- Put the potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle them with olive oil and season with coarse salt, dry thyme and the garlic (crushed).
- Bake at 180ºC or 350ºF until crisp and golden.
