1 store-bought puff pastry sheet1 cup sweetened shredded coconut (about 4.25 oz)1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)1 carton heavy cream (about 3/4 cup or 6.76 oz)6 eggs

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry in a pan with a removable bottom.
- Prick the crust with a fork and trim any excess.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the shredded coconut.
- Then add the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream and mix everything well.
- Pour the mixture over the pastry.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, depending on your oven (do the toothpick test to check for doneness).
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then remove from the pan.
- Decorate with shredded coconut or dust with powdered sugar.
