600g of salted cod2 lbs of potatoes4 eggs1 medium-sized chopped onion1 bunch of chopped parsleyPepper to taste

Preparation
- Boil the potatoes with the salted cod.
- After cooking, drain everything well.
- Clean the salted cod from skins and bones and shred it using your hands.
- Mash the cooked poatoes.
- In a bowl, combine the potatoes, salted cod, onion, and parsley, mix everything well, and season with pepper.
- Add the beaten eggs and knead everything well.
- Shape the patties with the help of 2 tablespoons and fry in hot oil.
- Serve with a salad.
