1 tablespoon of ground coriander1 tablespoon of ground cumin1 tablespoon of achiote or turmeric1 tablespoon of garlic powder1 tablespoon of kosher salt2 teaspoons of oregano1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Store in an airtight container.

1 1/2 teaspoons of this mix equals one packet of commercial sazon.
