Portuguese Marinated Roasted Pork Ribs Recipe

2 strips of pork ribsCoarse salt (to taste)3 crushed garlic clovesJuice from 1/2 lemon1 teaspoon of honey1 teaspoon of ground mild pepper

Preparation
- Season the ribs with the coarse salt and remaining ingredients, mix everything well, place the ribs with marinade in a sealable plastic bag and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Place the ribs with the marinade in a tray covered with aluminum foil and bake at 200ºC or 390ºF for about 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 25 minutes, turning them over a couple of times so both sides are golden brown.

I’m guessing you could cook it low and slow, 300*F for 3 hours, then brown it as the recipe says in step #3 ?
Or would it be too tender and falling apart to do that?

Joe, on a slow cooker it will most likely be falling off the bone anyway, so I'm not sure you can avoid making it tender.
