- Place the filtered coffee in a saucepan with sugar and boil until it until it becomes thick.
- Remove it from the heat and while still warm add alcohol.
- Cool and then filter it.
- Filter a second time and transfer to a decanter.
- Serve immediately or let it cool and server later.
