Ingredients
500g of penne pasta 1.5kg of large shrimp 1 large onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 cup of butter 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1/2 bunch of chopped parsley and green onions 4 ripe tomatoes 1 package of cream cheeseParmesan cheese to sprinkle

Preparation
- Cook the pasta until al dente. Set aside.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil and butter.
- Add the chopped parsley, green onions, salt, pepper, and chopped tomatoes (peeled and seeded). Stir and cover the pot until the sauce thickens.
- Add the shrimp and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish with half of the cream cheese, place the cooked penne, and pour the shrimp sauce over it. Spread the remaining cream cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven at 350°F or 175°C, until the cheese melts (about 10 min).
- Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese and serve.
