1 roll of puff pastry 3 apples2 tablespoons of butter1 cup of sugar1 1/4 cups (10 oz) of milk4 eggs1 tablespoon of cornstarch (Maizena)1 teaspoon of cinnamonZest of 1 lemonPowdered sugar

Preparation
- Peel the apples, core them, and cut into slices.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the apples.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the cinnamon.
- Stir and let it cook on low heat for a little longer.
- Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Line a tart pan with removable bottom with the pastry and prick the bottom with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, remaining sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, and milk and whisk well until smooth.
- Place the apples in the tart shell, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before unmolding.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
