4 raw carrots (peeled and sliced)3 eggs2 cups of sugar3 cups of all-purpose flour1 cup of vegetable oil1 tablespoon of baking powder7 oz or 200g of culinary chocolate1 tablespoon of butter

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a blender, add the carrots, eggs, and oil and blend everything very well.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the sugar, and mix well using a whisk.
- Add the flour and baking powder and beat until you have a smooth mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick; once it comes out clean, remove the cake.
- Let it cool slightly and then remove it from the pan.
- Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate topping.
- Add butter to the chocolate, and melt in the microwave.
- Once the cake has cooled, spread the chocolate cream on top and decorate as desired.
