4 potatoes4 garlic cloves, sliced2 eggs2 steaks (top sirloin or ribeye)2 tablespoons of butter1 cup of dry red wineMustard to tasteOlive oil to tastePepper to tasteSalt to taste

Preparation
- In a bowl, add the steaks and the wine.
- Add the garlic and mustard to taste.
- Then add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and use your hands to coat the steaks in the marinade.
- Then, let the steaks marinate for 30 minutes.
- Next, cut the potatoes into sticks.
- Fry the steaks in hot oil with some of the marinade.
- Now, remove the steaks from the pan.
- Fry the fries, season with salt and remove from the pan.
- Then, pour the remaining marinade into the pan.
- Add the butter to the marinade and let it reduce a bit.
- Pour the hot marinade over the steaks.
- Fry the eggs and season them with a little salt.
- Finally, place the steaks on a large plate.
- Add the fried eggs on top and the fries on the side.
- Serve with a salad and rice.
