Ingredients
4 whole eggs3 cups of all purpose flour1 cup of milk1/2 cup of oil1 teapsoon of baking powderA pinch of saltSmoked meat (to taste), cut into small pieces

Preparation
- With an electric mixer, beat the eggs, add the milk and oil and finally the flour, baking powder and salt, always beating.
- Add the meat and mix it well in the batter with the help of a wooden spoon.
- Grease a 9 inch round cake pan with butter, dust it with flour and pour the batter into it.
- Bake in a oven at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
