Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, place the water, olive oil, wine, onion, garlic, carrot, peas and bay leaf.
  2. Once the water boils, add the rice, stir, cover and cook over a low heat (about 20 minutes).
  3. When the rice is cooked and without any water, mix in the shredded tuna and serve.
