Hi Eddy, I have been living in the US for a while (long time follower!) and I was wondering where you purchase the cod from? Is this recipe using salted cod? (If using fresh fillets, what have you done to try to reproduce the salty taste?) Thank you so much!!

Hi Ana, I don't live in the US, but I do know you can get it from a couple of places online like "Portugaliamarketplace.com" and "Shopportuguese.com". If you however want to use fresh cod you can as well.
