Portuguese Coconut Tart (Pie)

Ingredients
1 roll of puff pastry7 eggs1 small can of condensed milk (10 oz)1 cup of grated coconutCoconut or powdered sugar to decorate

Preparation
- Spread the pastry in a pie pan, prick all over with a fork and set aside.
- Beat the whole eggs well, add the condensed milk and finally the coconut mixing it well.
- Place this in the pie pan and bake at 180ºC or 350ºF in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- When it's golden brown, remove from the oven, let it cool and decorate with coconut or powdered sugar.
