3/4 cup of natural yogurt2 1/4 cups of flour1 1/2 cups of sugar6 tablespoons of oil1 teaspoon of cinnamon1 teaspoon of baking powder4 eggs2 grated apples

Preparation
- Beat all the ingredients except the apple until it starts to form bubbles.
- Add the grated apple and mix with a spoon.
- Bake in a cake form sprinkled with flour at 180ºC or 350ºF for about 35 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test to make sure it's done.
