Ingredients

1 kg of medium sized shrimp1 red onion peeledSalt (to taste)1 chili pepper
1 kg of medium sized shrimp1 red onion peeledSalt (to taste)1 chili pepper
Get Portuguese ingredients

Preparation

  • Place the shrimp in a pan and cover with water. Add the salt, onion peel and chili pepper, once it boils, remove from the heat and drain.
  • Place the shrimp in serving pan, cover with a kitchen towel and place in the freezer for about 25 minutes.
  • Remove from freezer and put it in the refrigerator until serving time.
