1 natural yogurt4 tablespoons cornflakes1 piece of fruit (kiwi, strawberries , peach, mango, 1/2 papaya or 1 slice of pineapple)1 tablespoon of seeds (flax , sesame or sunflower)1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation
- Peel the fruit and cut into pieces. In a bowl place the fruit, yogurt and cereal. Sprinkle with the seeds and add the honey.
- Mix everything and enjoy!
