Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk1 2/3 cups (14 fl oz) whipping cream 35%, well chilled1 package (about 7 oz) digestive biscuits1 can (about 14 oz) pineapple slices in juice

Preparation

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and set them aside.
  2. Pat dry a few pineapple slices with a paper towel and cut them into small cubes and set aside.
  3. Whip the chilled heavy cream with the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. In individual serving bowls, layer some crushed biscuits, a few pineapple cubes, and a layer of the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with pineapple and biscuits on top.
  6. Refrigerate for a few hours or serve right away.
