Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a bowl and season them with salt and pepper.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic, then add it to the chicken.
- Sprinkle the smoked paprika and dried parsley over the chicken. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and add the lemon juice.
- Mix everything well to ensure the chicken is coated evenly with the marinade.
- Massage the pieces thoroughly to help the flavors infuse the meat.
- Arrange the drumsticks on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until fully cooked and crispy.
- If needed, switch on the oven grill for the last 5 minutes to achieve extra crispiness.
