Ingredients
500 ml of milk (½ liter)1 orange (juice and zest)2 eggs1 cup (105 g) of flour1 1/2 cups (300 g) of sugar3 1/2 tablespoons (50 g) of melted butterCinnamon and powdered sugar for dustingButter for greasing
Get Portuguese ingredients 
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender.
- Grease small molds with butter and dust them with flour.
- Pour the batter into the molds.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let them cool, then remove from the molds and sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
