1 lb (500g) chicken breast, cut into cubes1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 tablespoons oil7 oz (200g) sliced mushrooms1 cup tomato sauce1 tablespoon mustard2 tablespoons ketchup1 can (about 7 oz) heavy cream or table creamSalt and pepper to tasteChopped parsley for garnish

Preparation
- In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, mustard, and ketchup, mixing well.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Lower the heat and add the heavy cream, stirring well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes without letting it boil to prevent the cream from curdling.
- Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
