Ingredients
1 big cod fillet or 2 smaller ones, cooked, shredded and deboned1/4 red bell pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped2 stalks of chives, chopped (optional)Chopped parsley, to taste2 eggs1/2 small beer (about 100 ml)1 1/4 cups (150 g) all-purpose flourGround white pepper, to tasteSalt, to tasteOil, for frying

- Beat the eggs well with the beer and salt.
- Add the remaining ingredients, leaving the flour for last.
- Mix well and fry in plenty of hot oil.
- Once fried, drain on absorbent paper.
