1 big cod fillet or 2 smaller ones, cooked, shredded and deboned1/4 red bell pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped2 stalks of chives, chopped (optional)Chopped parsley, to taste2 eggs1/2 small beer (about 100 ml)1 1/4 cups (150 g) all-purpose flourGround white pepper, to tasteSalt, to tasteOil, for frying

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs well with the beer and salt.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, leaving the flour for last.
  3. Mix well and fry in plenty of hot oil.
  4. Once fried, drain on absorbent paper.
