- Place the cleaned chicken pieces in a baking dish.
- In a separate container, blend the remaining ingredients using an immersion blender or similar.
- Pour the prepared mixture over the chicken.
- Bake at 180°C or 350°F for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
- Serve with potatoes.
