  2. Add the chicken, pork, and chouriço.
  3. Cook until the meats are golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the bell peppers, peas, and tomato to the pan.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the rice to the pan, mixing well to ensure the rice is fully coated with the olive oil and ingredients.
  8. Pour the chicken or vegetable broth into the pan and add the saffron or paprika.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  12. Add the shrimp, mussels, and clams on top of the rice, distributing them evenly.
  13. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes, or until the rice is tender, the shrimp are cooked, and the mussels and clams have opened.
  14. Remove the pan from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  15. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish and enjoy.
