Portuguese Style Linguiça Pizza

Ingredients
1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)1/2 cup tomato sauce2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese1 linguiça sausage, sliced thinly1 small red onion, slicedFresh coriander leavesOlive oilSalt and pepper

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a pizza stone in the oven to heat up if you have one.
- Roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness on a surface dusted with flour. Olive oil should be applied, then salt and pepper should be added.
- Leave a 1-inch border around the edge of the dough as you spread the tomato sauce over it.
- Over the tomato sauce, liberally scatter the mozzarella cheese.
- Add the sliced linguiça sausage and red onion on top of the cheese.
- Add a little more olive oil to the pizza's top.
- Pizza should be baked for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the crust is golden brown, in a preheated oven.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top.
- Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
