Portuguese Blade Steak Sandwich

2 thin marinated blade steaks2 tablespoons of olive oil2 garlic cloves, chopped2 hot red chili peppers1 Portuguese style bread roll or papo-seco

Preparation
- Begin cooking the two pieces of blade meat on high heat on a saucepan for 3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the pieces of blade meat and add the chopped garlic cloves, red peppers, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- After cooking for another 3 minutes and browned on the other side, it is finished.
- Cut the Portuguese style bread roll in half and add the blade steaks, peppers, and garlic to the sandwich and serve.
