8 chicken legs (without the thighs)4 cloves of garlic, chopped2 bay leaves1 teaspoon of pepper sauce (to taste hot or mild)1/2 beer bottleOlive oil (to taste)Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)

Preparation
- Season the chicken with the garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaves, pepper sauce and beer and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Drain the chicken well and keep the marinade.
- In a wide pan, add the oil and olive oil and let it heat up well.
- Fry the chicken until brown (about 10 to 15 minutes), then add the beer marinade and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
