4 pre-soaked cod fillets1 lb of turnip greens (you can use brocolli)3 eggs1 clove of garlicPepper (to taste)Salt (to taste)1/2 red bell pepper cut into small squares1 small onion1/2 cup of milk1 pie crustOlive oil (to taste)Parsley (to taste)Coriander (to taste)

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
- Cook the cod fillets in water, once cool, shred into small pieces while removing the spines and skin.
- Cook the turnip greens or brocolli and chop it.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
- Cook the chopped onion with the chopped garlic in olive oil in a frying pan, once the onion is translucent, remove it from the heat.
- Add the cod, turnip greens or brocolli and onion and garlic in olive oil into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
- Line a pie pan with the pie crust and trim any overlapping crust.
- Add the mix into the pie pan and bake for about 35 minutes.
