5-Minute Irresistible Nescafé Mousse Recipe


Ingredients
35 g Nescafe instant coffee120 g sugar140 ml very cold water400 ml heavy cream (with 36% milk fat)80 ml sweetened condensed milk
Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the coffee, sugar, and cold water and mix until dissolved.
  2. Once well mixed, use an electric mixer and beat until thickened.
  3. In another bowl, add the heavy cream and beat with a hand mixer until very firm.
  4. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until a very thick cream forms.
  5. Add this cream to the coffee mixture and mix with a spatula until well incorporated.
  6. Put it in dessert glasses and enjoy.
