This comforting meal combines tender chicken pieces, smoky slices of chouriço (Portuguese sausage), and sweet peas in a rich tomato-based sauce. It’s a one-pot meal that brings together the earthy sweetness of peas with the robust, smoky flavor of chouriço and the tender, juicy chicken. It is often served with crusty bread or rice to soak up the delicious sauce.
