Ingredients:
- 10 veal cutlets
- 2 cups of unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan reggiano cheese
- 1 garlic glove chopped
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 hot banana peppers (optional)
- 5 chili peppers (optional)
- 1 large onion
- Extra virgin olive oil to fry
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
